We gather to practice the beautiful and healing movement meditation of Spring Forest Qigong created by Master Chunyi Lin. Come when you can.
Spring Forest Qigong is liberating because it provides a way to return to who we have always been - energy beings, who, when given the space and time to heal, can bring more unconditional love, forgiveness, and kindness to ourselves, each other, and a hurting world.
As our strength, self compassion, and resilience grows, we become more engaged in bringing care and safety to others in these cruel times. Movements are gentle and accessible and can be done when standing, sitting, or lying down.
